Seminar A: “Christian community work”

This seminar is being offered in three locations, as our key note presenters move from one location to the next.
Come and hear both Anji Barker and Darryl Gardiner as they take most of the seminar on “Christian Community Work”. They will be sharing with us from years of practical experience working with some of the most marginalized members of the community. Darryl has a wealth of experience working with at risk youth, and Anji’s work here and in the slums of Bangkok will inspire and stretch us.
Cost: $100 (unaccredited) or $70 for those on health care cards

Seminar B: “Shalom and the people of God”
July 16th and 17th 2010
With Ronald and Arbutus Sider
Ronald and Arbutus will share about the peace or shalom of God and how that affects God-followers. It will be seen that peace is not primarily an internal personal experience but a community one. The necessity to seek justice and fight poverty will be highlighted. UNOH feels incredibly privileged to have the Siders come and join us for this time.
